Prtenjaca spoke about the project after a meeting in Zagreb with

He said the county and the state would in the following several days
present conditions to the investor for using the land.
According to Prtenjaca, it was suggested that a part of the land be
sold for a stimulation price, and a part of its to become a nature
reserve. However, he added, the Government will decide on the use of
the property.
Present at the conference were also Americans Frans van Wagenberg
and Franck Campbel. Both stressed their satisfaction with
negotiations so far, and described the meeting in Zagreb as
especially successful.
