ZAGREB, Apr 12 (Hina) - Dun & Brandstreet (D&B), the world's leading
provider for business to business credit and marketing
information, as of Monday enables Croatian users to access via the
internet some 50 million data on companies' credit ratings at their
disposal.
With assistance of the Bonline company from Zagreb, D&B is making
credit ratings for Croatian companies.
Data research is possible via the Internet Explorer and Netscape,
and Croatia is among the first countries to be enabled such access.
Bonline representatives say Croatian firms, insurance companies
and banks, as well as all other users, will be able to be faster in
making decisions related to payments, credit financing, and
securing business partners. Risks in making urgent decisions will
also be reduced.
Until now, such information was available to on-line users only via
a password, and a non-standard programme. Less than one fifth of
Croatia's users opted for that method.
