SINJ, April (Hina) - A pack of wolves on Tuesday night slaughtered 60 sheep which were put out to pasture on the slopes of Mt. Kamesnica, southern Croatia. The flock belonged to Marinko Galzina from the village of Obrovac. About
thirty lambs, which were in a sheep-fold, were not attacked. Last winter, even during periods of heavy snowfall, there were no reports of attacks by wolves on Mt Kamesnica and Mt Dinara, nor were they spotted by the villagers and shepherds.(hina) jn rml
