MOSTAR ALUMINIUM COMPANY AWARDED QUALITY CERTIFICATE MOSTAR, Mar 16 (Hina) - The third stage in the production of aluminium was on Tuesday launched in "Aluminij", a company in the southern Bosnian town of Mostar. "Aluminij" launched production two years ago and has been awarded the ISO 9001 certificate for quality. The company's director Mijo Brajkovic was presented with the certificate on Tuesday by a representative of the London-based Veritas Quality International, Zoran Lekic. Brajkovic said the company in two years manufactured 50,000 tonnes of aluminium and alloy, and 120,000 tonnes of anodes in the worth of DM200 million. The aluminium and the anodes are intended exclusively for export, he said, adding the final stage of electrolysis will be launched by year's end.
