BELGRADE, Feb 25 (Hina) - The Croatian and Yugoslav working commissions for missing people resumed their two-day session in Belgrade on Thursday. One of the topics of the session which began yesterday was the exchange of prisoners of
war on the principle "all for all" in line with 1998 August agreement between Croatian and Yugoslav Foreign Ministers, Mate Granic and Zivadin Jovanovic. The Belgrade media reported that the main stumbling block in the talks was the stand of the Croatian National Parliament that war crimes suspects or those found guilty of such crimes should be excluded from the swap. On the other hand, the Yugoslav party maintained that the deal reached by the two Ministers would thereby be de-valued Under the agreement, a dozen Croatians accused of espionage, will be released from Yugoslav prisons.(hina) jn ms
