HR-TUDJMAN BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 3183 HINA ZAGREB, FEBRUARY 22 PRESIDENT TUDJMAN APPOINTS NEW AGRICULTURE MINISTERZAGREB, Feb 22 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Monday appointed former Assistant Agriculture and Forestry Minister Ivan Djurkic as Agriculture and Forestry Minister, relieving Zlatko Dominikovic from this post at his own request. Tudjman also appointed Milena Zic-Fuchs as Science and Technology Minister, the President's Office said Monday.PREMIER PRESENTS NEW GOVT MEMBERSZAGREB, Feb 22 (Hina) - The appointment of Milena Zic-Fuchs as Science and Technology Minister and Ivan Djurkic as Agriculture and Forestry Minister are the only changes made so far concerning the announced reconstrudction of the Croatian Government, Croatian Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa told reporters on Monday. Matesa said the announced government reshuffle would be completed by the beginning of summer. Zic-Fuchs comes from the university milieu, is familiar with its structure a
