GRANIC ANNOUNCES MOOTED ANNEX TO AGREEMENT ON SPECIAL RELATIONS

ANKARA, Feb 11 (Hina) - Croatia will next week submit to the Bosnian Federation its suggestion of annexes to the Agreement on Special Relations, Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic said in Ankara on Thursday. "Within the next week we intend to submit to the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina suggestions on 13 annexes to the Agreement on Special relations," Granic told reporters after a meeting with the Turkish Foreign Minister, Ismail Cem. He announced a meeting of the Joint Council for Cooperation of Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina to take place on March 5. The Council was established based on the Agreement on Special relations between Croatia and the Croat-Moslem Bosnian Federation signed in Zagreb in November 1998. The Agreement stipulates that Croatia and the Bosnian federation should adopt annexes to the Agreement by July 1, 1999. Granic is a member of a Croatian delegation headed by President Franjo
