in a grocery store owned by an ethnic Albanian at 06.45pm, only minutes after a peace conference on the conflict-ridden south Yugoslav province of Kosovo opened in Rambouillet, France. The identity of the victims is as yet unknown, due to a strong police blockade in the Ulpiana district, where the explosion took place.
