In addition, it was ascertained that health insurance for agricultural households (pensioners over 65), will be taken over by the State Budget. Sabor members unanimously supported ruling party representative Drago Krpina's proposal for amendments to the Law on Areas of Special State Concern which is intended to simplify loan applications from the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Croatian citizens will need to wait a little longer for improved conditions with regard to housing construction and building permits. Namely, the final bill on the Law on Construction was forwarded by MP's for its third reading charging the Government to submit the amended text of the bill within 30 days. (hina) sp jn
