BELGRADE, Jan 28 (Hina) - The Yugoslav Government on Thursday said the agreement between the Croatian and Montenegrin interior ministries on the opening of two border crossings was "illegal and contrary to the Constitution of the
Federal republic of Yugoslavia". The opening of crossings as Konfin and Debeli Brijeg is "an illegal act contrary to FRY Constitution, international law and principles of cooperation between internationally recognised and sovereign countries," the Yugoslav Government said in a statement. The Government said it denounced the opening of the border crossings, adding that its Foreign Ministry had informed Croatia about the issue. The statement also stressed the "perniciousness of attempts to set apart the whole Boka Kotorska Bay, that is, municipalities of Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat, as a border area with Croatia".(hina) lml mm
