ZAGREB, Jan 15 (Hina) - The Croatian President's secretary for public relations on Friday said the President had not received a request to hold talks with the president of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe
Parliamentary Assembly and could therefore not have refused meting her, as was stated in a Croatian daily paper. "The President's Office did not receive a request for Mrs Helle Degn's talks with President Tudjman," Tudjman's secretary Tihomir Vinkovic told Hina on Friday with regard to an article which appeared in Rijeka-based daily "Novi List" on January 14. The article stated that President Franjo Tudjman had refused to receive Degn, who visited Croatia from January 11 to 13.
