ZAGREB, Dec 30 (Hina) - Traffic was slow-moving in a great part of central Croatia owing to the snow and wind on Saturday morning. The snow and mild wind that lessened visibility may cause some troubles on roads in the areas of Lika
and Gorski Kotar, and the Croatian Auto Club has advised drivers to be very cautious. A thin layer of snow has already covered roads and highways in that part of Croatia and vehicles should use the winter equipment. Drivers are facing winter conditions at roads around Zagreb and Varazdin. Owing to a rockslide near the Starigrad Sensjki section of the D8 state road, only one lane was open for personal cars on Saturday morning. Busses and trucks could not use that part of the road for the time being. Traffic is smoothly running at most border crossings. Ferry services are also regular.(hina) ms
