Kostelic won both runs of the night race under floodlights in
Semmering, Austria.
This has been her seventh victory of slalom and the eight victory in
the entire World Cup since she started competing in it.
In Semmering she clocked 1:35.06 minutes (the first run was 48.31
seconds and the second 46.75 seconds).
The second fastest was Sonja Nef of Switzerland (with the lag of
0.64 seconds). Trine Bakke was third-ranked in this race.
The Croatian athlete is the first-ranked in the World Cup slalom
standings.
After the 16 races in the World Cup, the top place in the overall
standings is occupied by Martina Ertl of Germany, followed by
Kostelic.
