ZAGREB, Dec 19 (Hina) - Defence Minister Jozo Rados held a Christmas reception for Croatia's Army Chief-of-Staff General Petar Stipetic and representatives of the military-diplomatic corps from some 15 countries on Tuesday evening.
The defence minister thanked the attaches for their help in bilateral contacts and exchange of experience with their respective armed forces and defence ministries. "This year we regulated relations within the Defence Ministry and the entire country and made efforts to lay foundations for the establishment of a regulated system of full democracy in the country, as well as to introduce planning and transparency in the Defence Ministry," Rados said. The head of the military-diplomatic corps, Slovene brigadier
