Minister Jozo Rados told reporters Tuesday. The accident occurred in the central Croatian town's barracks on November 16, when 21 soldiers were injured in an explosion. In the interest of the investigation, Rados refused to reveal the names of the conscripts who placed the fatal shell in the launcher. The investigation will determine how it happened to be in the training area, Rados added. Commenting on an initiative for the demilitarisation of the northern peninsula of Istria, Rados said this was a legal initiative, adding however, this would be a great expense. The minister stressed that army facilities at other locations on the Adriatic be offered for purchase as well.(hina) it
