ZAGREB, Dec 18 (Hina) - High liquidity of clients and a relatively low turnover in day and night transactions marked last week on the inter-bank money market. The trade average in overnight transactions amounted to 63.06 billion kuna.
Although it was almost 50 percent higher than the week before, the average interest rate dropped to 2.06 percent annually. The money offer in day credit financing was good throughout last week, ranging between 71.78 million kuna daily or even 69 percent more than the week before. Demand was more than modest, 14.98 million kuna daily, a 31 percent decrease. Daily turnover on the average amounted to 13.45 million kuna. The price of money ranged between 2.38 to 8.08 percent annually i.e. 5.14, 1.12 percentage points more than the month before.(hina) rml
