LJUBLJANA, Dec 6 (Hina) - Croatian police on Wednesday morning brought Slovene citizen Jozko Joras to the northern Adriatic police station of Pula for questioning, Slovene radio reported. Joras is a councillor in Slovene's municipality of Piran, but resides in Croatia, the village of Mlini, located on the left side of the Dragonja River, which runs along the Croatian-Slovene border. Joras refuses to recognise Croatia's sovereignty in the region, claiming that the border between Croatia and Slovenia has not yet been defined, and adding that the Plovanija border crossing is only "a monitoring spot on Slovene territory". Slovenia fails to recognise the border on that spot due to the change of the course of the river.
