ZAGREB, Dec 5 (Hina) - Ninoslav Pavic and Vinko Grubisic will be held in custody for 48 hours, while another five suspects for association to commit crime will be released during the day, Zagreb County Court investigating judge Zoran
Luburic said on Tuesday. Luburic today interviewed Pavic, Grubisic, Ivan Majic, Juraj Hrvacic, Zdravko Jurak, Drazen Mandic, Antun Crlenjak, and Miroslav Kutle. Handcuffed, all were taken to the Remetinec county prison. Apart from Crlenjak, who stood mute, all pleaded not guilty to the charges. Within 48 hours, the investigating judge will rule on launching an investigation into the suspects and detention for Pavic and Grubisic. Kutle was already in detention on previous charges of damaging the largest national press distributor, Tisak, for some $5.25 million. the Croatian media. The four are suspected of forming a criminal
organisation, economic crimes, and abuse of office.
