ZAGREB, Nov 29 (Hina) - Coordinations of the Croatian government on Wednesday will discuss a draft state budget for 2001 amounting to 50.855 billion kuna (DM13.04 billion). Six parties of the ruling coalition, however, are considering
to decrease the budget by about one billion kuna. The public will be informed of the decision later this afternoon, when Prime Minister Ivica Racan is expected to inform the public of the results of the work of coordinations. At a recent informal meeting, the ruling six agreed that the draft budget of 50.855 billion kuna was overstrained and that it needed to be decreased. The draft budget is also to be discussed by the coordination of the ruling six later today, while the government should discuss it at its regular session tomorrow.
