Austrian Foreign Minister Benita Fererro-Waldner, as chairwoman of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe stressed the issue of return of refugees was important. Croatia has already done a lot in this field. Yugoslavia and Bosnia- Herzegovina still have much to do. The process of stabilisation and association opens a European perspective to countries of the region, but also commits them to implement values of the EU -- the development of democracy, protection of human rights, reconciliation and good neighbourly relations, Waldner said.
