ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament's House of Representatives on Thursday evening passed a draft act on income tax, in the second reading. During a parliamentary debate, many deputies claimed that the introduction of
three tax rates would not produce much result and that the lowest salaries would remain unchanged. Therefore MPs were in favour of the introduction of several rates, or changed ones in comparison to the proposed rates of 15, 25 and 35 percent.
