SARAJEVO, Nov 13 (Hina) - The United Nations' mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday accused local police in Livno Canton (western Bosnia) of concealing a great amount of banned arms and thus violating the Dayton peace accords.
According to the UN mission, during the 10 November check-up of police stations in Livno, Tomislavgrad, Glamoc and Kupres, International Police Task Force (IPTF) members discovered hidden weapons including mortars, anti-armour pieces of arms and the equipment for bugging. For instance, policemen in Livno hid over 250 pieces of weapons including a few types of machine-guns.
