authority in charge of national community issues. The community believes Croatia is contesting Bosnian Muslim collectivity, that it discriminates them in various ways, violating human rights and freedoms of religion. The Bosnian Muslim community, therefore, forwarded a protest note to the Council of Europe and other international organisations.
