MOSTAR, Nov 4 (Hina) - The ERONET telecommunications company from the southern Bosnia-Herzegovina town of Mostar on Friday evening officially confirmed that a harmonisation contract between the Croatian Telecommunications, as the 49
percent owner of ERONET, and three companies from Herzegovina, which own 51 percent of ERONET, namely Herzegovina osiguranja d.d. Mostar, Alpine-Komerc d.o.o. Široki Brijeg and Croherca AG d.o.o. Mostar, was signed a day earlier. They also reached an agreement on a new management structure and the ways of managing the company. The signing of the agreement specifies the ERONET ownership structure and clears all misunderstandings on the so far owners of the company. ERONET said in a statement it would conduct business activities in
line with the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina's legal frame.
The statement also read that the company planed to invest about DM25
million in new projects next year.
