ZAGREB, Nov 2 (Hina) - The implementation of an agreement on sub-regional arms control is satisfactory, the second revising conference for the agreement, held in Vienna, concluded Thursday. The Croatian Foreign Ministry said in a
statement Thursday "parties in the agreement stressed the important role of the Agreement as a factor of security and stability in the region". Despite the satisfactory degree of implementation of the agreement, due to a failure of entities of Bosnia-Herzegovina to reach an agreement, this country, as one of five parties to the agreement, is still not accepting nor implementing arms inspections.
