ZAGREB, Oct 10 (Hina) - The president of Croatia's Social Democratic Party (SDP) and Prime Minister Ivica Racan held talks with a delegation of the Joint List of Social Democrats of Slovenia, headed by president Borut Pahor, on
Tuesday. After the talks, Pahor told reporters one of the aims of the meeting was to obtain first-hand information from Prime Minister Racan as to how he was managing to fulfil promises about demanding economic and social reforms after the election victory. Speaking about the upcoming parliamentary election in Slovenia, Pahor said the Joint List expected good results. The two sides also discussed establishing a constructive atmosphere between the two countries with the aim of facilitating the resolution of open problems.(hina) jn rml
