ZAGREB, Sept 20 (Hina) - The car of a senior official of the Croatian Democratic Union and vice-president of the Croatian Parliament, Ivic Pasalic, was broken into Monday and his briefcase was stolen. The briefcase contained a dozen
documents and a computer disc with information connected with the international war crimes tribunal, parliament documents and copies of newspaper articles, police reported Wednesday. The briefcase was stolen from Pasalic's official vehicle belonging to the Croatian State Legacy foundation, of which Pasalic is chairman. The car, parked in front of General Ivan Cermak's building, was broken into while Ivic Pasalic was visiting Cermak. Police also reported Wednesday Ivic Pasalic's brother, Zdravko's vehicle was stolen. The Mitsubishi Pajero, belonging to the Volksbank Leasing company, rented by the ZG-DRVO company in Vrbovec, contained Zdravko Pasalic's drivers' license, ID card and car

The stolen cars trunk contained a box of apples and a fire-
extinguisher, police reported.
Damage is assessed at 220,000 kuna.
