session accepted a proposal by the Gospic County Court regarding the transfer of jurisdiction in the case Tihomir Oreskovic and others, suspected of war crimes against civilians, and ruled that the Rijeka County Court conduct the case. According to Supreme Court President Marijan Ramuscak, the reason for this decision is the fact that the Gospic County Court has only five judges, of whom two participated in investigative activities and could therefore not participate in further proceedings. One judge lost members of her family in the war and requested her exemption, which created conditions for the transfer of jurisdiction to the Rijeka County Court, he said. Representatives of the State Prosecutor's Office said that by 1 pm today they had not received any requ
