According to the same sources, Karadzic was plainly dressed and
noticeably fatigued.
While he was staying in the restaurant, the name of which was not
given, there was no conspicuous security, the daily added.
According to the sources cited by the paper, this former Bosnian
Serb leader has decided to change the tactics of his hiding and
opted for staying more in the towns and villages around Sarajevo
rather than being in the mountainous areas in eastern Bosnia.
'Oslobodjenje' contacted representatives of NATO-led
Stabilisation Force (SFOR) in Bosnia who said they had no
information on Karadzic's appearance near Sarajevo.
Karadzic is an indictee of the Hague-nbased Tribunal (ICTY).
