CAVTAT CAVTAT, Sept 1 (Hina) - A tree-day international conference called "Health Care in Countries in Transition" is to start in the southern Adriatic town of Cavtat Friday afternoon. The seminar will gather about 400 participants
from over 40 countries. Present at the opening of the conference will be Croatian President Stipe Mesic, who is to hold an introduction presentation on exercising patients' rights and human rights as well as on democracy in 21st century.
