PULA, Aug 25 (Hina) - Italian Parliament's House of Representatives Deputy Speaker, Carlo Giovannardi, on Friday arrived in Istria to pay a visit to institutions of the Italian minority on this peninsula. Following his tour to the
Slovene town of Kopar on Friday morning, the Italian official travelled to Rovinj where he is to meet representatives of the Italian minority in Croatia. The topic of their talks this afternoon will be the position of Italians in Croatia. Giovannardi is accompanied by Italy's Ambassador to Croatia, Fabio Pigliapoco and Consul General Mario Musella. Prior to his return to Rome, the Italian parliament's deputy speaker will travel to Pula on Saturday.(hina) ms
