SLAVONSKI BROD, Aug 11 (Hina) - The operative plan of the autumn sowing in Croatia has been drawn up in a bureaucratic way and must be changed, leaders of the Croatian Peasants' Alliance and Croatian Peasants' Party told a news
conference in Slavonski Brod Friday. In order to lessen the blow on domestic production after Croatia's entrance into the World Trade Organisation this October, they are requesting a decrease in prices of raw materials and an increase in financial stimulation of agricultural production. Participants of the conference requested of the Government to discuss the overall problem in agriculture and problems of Croatian farmers. They also requested talks with representatives of the agriculture, economy and finance ministries.
