ZAGREB, Aug 8 (Hina) - The State Alert Centre on Tuesday issued a report on fires which broke out in Split and Dubrovnik counties on Monday. The fire which broke out around noon yesterday in the area of Muc and Sutina in Split County
has consumed some 28 hectares of grass, underbrush and vineyards. The fire was put out after 7 pm. The fire which broke out near Primorski Dolac has consumed about 0.5 hectares of grass and underbrush. Another fire, which broke out at Otesic and was put out around 8 pm, has consumed about seven hectares of leaf forest. The fire which broke out near Marina at noon yesterday, has consumed about two hectares of underbrush, olive trees and vineyards. In Dubrovnik County, a fire broke out around noon near Vidonja, in the Zazablje municipality. The fire was contained around 7 pm.(hina) rml
