MOSTAR MAYOR GIVES RACAN ORIGINAL PIECE OF DESTROYED 'OLD BRIDGE' MOSTAR, July 28 (Hina) - Mostar Mayor Safet Orucevic on Friday gave to Croatia's Prime Minister Ivica Racan a piece of original stone from the destroyed "Old Bridge" as
a present. Racan received it during his visit to that southern city in Bosnia-Herzegovina after he personally promised that Croatia would join efforts aimed at the reconstruction of "Old Bridge" which was pulled down by Bosnian Croat (HVO) units during the Moslem-Croat conflict. Paying the visit to Mostar, Racan said talks "on concrete models Croatia's material and not material assistance" in the rebuilding of the Old Bridge would continue.
