ZAGREB, July 25 (Hina) - Zvonimir Hodak, attorney for Zagreb car-dealer and co-owner of 'Vecernji List' daily, Pavo Zubak, on Tuesday appealed against the decision on the opening of an investigation against Zubak and his detention.
Investigating judge Jasenka Grgic yesterday ruled that the owner of 'Auto Centar Zubak' remain in custody for a month to prevent him from influencing witnesses and tampering with evidence as well as because of the type of the criminal act and the exceptionally aggravating circumstances. Zubak is suspected of having forged an official document and abused powers in economic operations, realising an illegal gain of 33.5 million kuna.
