In a joint statement released after the meeting, Croatia's President Stipe Mesic, the Czech Republic's Vaclav Havel, and Slovenia's Milan Kucan point to their concern over the latest developments in FRY, primarily in the wake of constitutional changes adopted by the FRY parliament last week.
