ZAGREB, July 8 (Hina) - A Croatian parliamentary delegation, headed by president of the Croatian National Sabor Zlatko Tomcic, returned from a two day official visit to Bavaria on Friday. Tomcic assessed the visit as very successful.
During the stay in Munich, the Croatian parliamentary delegation held talks with Bavarian Prime Minister Edmund Stoiber, president of the parliament Johann Boehm and head of the Christian Social Union (CSU), the strongest party in this German federal state. Our hosts expressed understanding for Croatia's political situation and gave their firm support to our attempts to solve our problems, said Tomcic. The talks tackled European integration, regional policy, the Stability Pact, bilateral political cooperation and encouragement for German investments in Croatia.
