Mirogoj - the central cemetery in Zagreb. President Stjepan Mesic's delegation, led by his advisor on military issues, Imra Agotic, also laid a wreath at the monument to executed anti-Fascist fighters and activists in Dotrscina, outside Zagreb. The parliament's delegation was led by Sabor Speaker Zlatko Tomcic, while the Government's delegation was led by a Deputy Prime Minister, Zeljka Antunovic. President Stjepan Mesic's delegation, led by his advisor on

On June 22 when it is a national holiday in the country, Croatia
marks Anti-Fascist Struggle Day. On June 22 1941, the first anti-
Fascist unit in the then occupied Europe was set up in the Brezovica
Forest near the Croatian town of Sisak. The founded unit was called
the Sisak Partisan Unit.
