ZAGREB, June 7 (Hina) - The supervisory board of Croatia's oil and gas company INA on Wednesday appointed former managing director Tomislav Dragicevic INA's chairman of the board of directors, in line with changes in the company's
statute. Dragicevic has been appointed to a four-year period, while the board's other members will be appointed at the next session of the supervisory board, INA said today. INA's general assembly on May 26 recalled the former composition of the supervisory board, appointing a new one. Changes in the company's statute were adopted at that session.
