on Saturday told reporters that United States' negotiators had confirmed to him that Croatia would soon be admitted to the World Trade Organisation (WTO). All obstacles preventiong Croatia's accession have been removed and the WTO main council should invite us to join this organisation by the beginning of July. After that the Croatian National Parliament should ratify the decision. A major obstacle was a lack of agreement between the United States and the European Union on the issue of liberalisation of audio-visual services.
