BH POLICE ARREST TWO CROATS FOR ATTACKING SFOR, IPTF MEMBERS

MOSTAR, June 1 (Hina) - Police in northern Bosnia-Herzegovina's Posavina Canton on Wednesday arrested two Bosnian Croats after whom arrest warrants were issued following last year's attack on members of NATO's Stabilisation Force and the International Police Task Force, a United Nations spokesman said. Zdravko Jurkovic and Milo Cok from Stolac, southern BH, were suspicious to border police on account of invalid documents. Checking with Herzegovina-Neretva Canton's Interior Ministry, border police established the Sarajevo Cantonal Court had issued arrest warrants after the two for taking part in an attack on Stabilisation Force members. Jurkovic and Cok were first taken to Mostar, and then to a prison in Sarajevo, U.N. spokesman Stefo Lehmann said.(hina) ha jn
