Foreign Ministry spokesman said in Zagreb on Tuesday. "Experts of the European Commission (EC) have completed a draft feasibility study which gives the green light to the commencement of negotiations on an agreement on stabilisation and association between Croatia and the EU," spokesman Goran Rotim said. In cooperation with Croatia's representatives, EC expert teams have spent the last two months examining Croatia's ability to start negotiations on contractual relations with the EU.
