ZAGREB, May 13 (Hina) - Croatia's President Stipe Mesic on Saturday forwarded a telegram to Bosnia-Herzegovina (BH) Presidency chairman Alija Izetbegovic extending his condolences on the occasion of a bus accident in central BH which
claimed the lives of 42 persons earlier today. "Deeply shocked by the horrible accident which took place near Kakanj this morning, on behalf of Croatia's citizens and myself I express my genuine condolences to the families of the killed, to the citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and to you," the Croatian President said in the telegram. Radio BH has reported that a bus precipitated from a 20m-high bridge into the Bosna river near Kakanj on its way from Zenica to Sarajevo. The bus was transporting Muslim faithful from Zenica to Buna near Mostar in southern BH where they were to attend a religious celebration.
