served the interests of confectionery industry in the best possible way. The long-standing president of the company's management and the current president of the supervisory board, Boris Marcac, received the award from the president of the European Candy Kettle Club, Gerard Damon. "Kras" accounts for 50 percent of Croatia's confectionery production, 56 percent of overall confectionery sales on the domestic market and 41.1 percent (US$18.7 million) of Croatia's confectionery exports.
