ZAGREB, May 2 (Hina) - Even though the new government demonstrated a political will to fulfil obligations it took over, it has not yet done anything in the return and reconstruction processes, so the year 2000 is not going to be the
year of the return of Serbs, president of the Serb People's Party (SNS) Milan Djukic said Tuesday. The reconstruction will remain only a declarative act, because property of Croatian Serbs is not being returned to them, Djukic said and added that the reconstruction decrees were being issued. He told a press conference that funds from the budged earmarked for the reconstruction of Serb houses would not be used this year. According to Djukic, the greatest change so far is the change of atmosphere and greater cooperation of the Government and the international community.(Hina) it jn
