ZAGREB, May 2 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Tuesday prolonged detention for Miroslav Kutle, who is underinvestigation for economic crimes, for another two months, investigation judge Zoran Luburic told Hina. Kutle and another 11
persons are suspected of abusing powers in business transactions thus damaging "Tisak", Croatia'slargest press distributor, for some 48 million kuna (US$6 million). Kutle's detention has been prolonged on account of extremely difficult circumstances and the way he carried out the crimes he is charged with, Luburic, who is in charge of proceedings, told Hina today. His attorney Rajko Mlinaric told Hina he would appeal the detention extension to the Supreme Court. This is second detention extension for Kutle after his arrest in February. He was put in detention in early February and was to go free on March 3. The detention, however, was prolonged for another two months, and
