CROATIAN PREMIER EXTENDS BEST WISHES ON MAY DAY

ZAGREB, April 28 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan forwarded a message with best wishes to all citizens on occasion of May Day or Labour Day on May 1 in Croatia. "We are celebrating this year's May Day in complex economic circumstances with the weakened social security of citizens," read the message Racan forwarded on his own behalf and behalf of the Government. Therefore the most important task of this Government is to make pre-requisites for the real recovery and growth in the economy, particularly with incentives to the entrepreneurship and small businesses so that more jobs can be created and accumulated social problems removed, read Racan's message. This Government will do its best to enable Croatian citizens to have the life worthy of man, it added. Croatian National Sabor's President Zlatko Tomcic has also extended best wishes on May Day.(hina) jn ms
