ZAGREB, April 12 (Hina) - The Croatian National Theatre's ballet troupe 'Croatia' successfully staged performances at London's Millennium Dome on April 8/9 as part of an event called the Day of Croatia. The troupe staged eight
performances from the ballet "Licitarsko srce" (Gingerbread Heart), which were seen by some 4,500 people. The Millennium Dome, which will mark the turn of the millennium throughout 2000, also hosted an exhibition of photos about Zagreb and Croatia, an exhibition of photos by Damir Hoyka, souvenirs of the Croatian Tourism Board, and 'Croata' ties. The ballet troupe was chosen from among numerous candidates who applied for the project "World Stage", which includes another 20 countries. The troupe was established in 1994 with the aim to promote ballet art outside large theatre centres and it has so far staged some 130 performances in Croatia, Hungary, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
