concert following their appearance in Split and Zadar on 23 and 24 March The concerts were part of a visit by the US Navy Sixth Fleet flagship La Salle to Croatia. At the beginning of their last joint performance the two bands played together in the packed Split theatre last night. Afterwards the Big Band played American popular and jazz numbers.
