The text of the agreement was harmonised at a session of the
Bosnian-Croatian Council for Cooperation, held during Mesic's
official visit to Sarajevo, and the document was signed in the
presence of the other two members of the Bosnian state leadership,
Zivko Radisic and Ante Jelavic.
"The effects of this agreement will be visible very soon," Mesic
told reporters, explaining that railway traffic between the two
countries would be re-started on all lines where bridges exist.
Mesic also said the deadlines for implementing the agreement were
"very short".
